    The museum is intended to be a symbol of a progressive nation showcasing educational, environmental and social challenges of UAE’s past, present and future. It will be a centre of learning and discussion, as well as a popular attraction. The museum is also a beacon for the nation – the physical representation of a country which honours its heritage while looking to the future.


    • Overall management of the Louis Berger PMC team to deliver the component project and the PMC scope of works. Supervise the PMC staff for proper planning and execution of construction activities, and ensure compliance to client’s requirements and contract specifications. Manage all stakeholder and interface with the Client to ensure clients satisfaction with work and delivery 
    • Ensure consistent quality standards, safety measures, and time & cost control methods are communicated and adopted by employees.
    • Accountability for the delivery of the services to achieve the Performance Framework Objectives
    • Act as Employer’s Representative with delegated Authorities
    • General management of PMC staff and ensure quality delivery of PMC scope
    • Oversee counterparts of Consultants and Contractors, with assistance of LB team
    • Interfaces with public agencies, corporations, government officials and stakeholders as single point of contact
    • Ensure completion of 30 / 60 Day deliverables


    • A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
    • +20 years’ experience in managing large scale projects and/or programs, with at least 3-5 years’ experience leading from contractor side
    • Experience in PMC and supervision background
    • 5-10 years’ experience in the Gulf region, preferably Abu Dhabi
