Our team is growing and we are currently seeking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Jeddah Stormwater project. We are responsible for the Supervision Consultancy Services for the Implementation of Rainwater and Stormwater Drainage System projects in Jeddah. 

• Perform quantity surveying functions mentioned in the contract for pre-construction / construction phases.
• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client;
• Undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work;
• Assisting in establishing a client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies;
• Performing risk and value management and cost control;
• Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks;
• Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders;
• Providing advice on contractual claims;
• Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports;
• Valuing completed work and arranging payments;
• Maintaining awareness of the different building contracts in current use;
• Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations.

• Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
• A minimum of (7) years experience in Quantity Surveying works.
• Must be fluent in Arabic & English.
